This was such a beautiful wedding day, in the midst of a world of chaos. Caitlyn reached out to us months in advance and asked us to photograph her wedding. What she didn’t know is that it would be in the middle of a pandemic. About a week before the wedding day, we got a call saying that they were planning on moving the wedding date a day earlier. Everyday the laws were changing and everything was different. My mom and I agreed to shoot it a day earlier, but because they were canceling so many flights, we decided to keep the ones we had and pray hard that it wasn’t cancelled. The only problem was… we landed and went straight to the wedding venue 2 1/2 hours away! It definitely threw our timeline off a little bit, but we were still able to get all of the photographs! Their venue and vision for their wedding was absolutely perfect! They pulled it off. You wouldn’t even have known that it wasn’t on the date they planned. They were so cooperative and thankful. They are THE cutest couple and we couldn’t have asked for a better day.
